OK, let’s talk about how GOOD the day started lol. I woke up this morning planning on being productive as I said in my blog yesterday. I started cleaning my kitchen, when I found one of Courtney’s work checks. It was buried in a pile of papers and it was three months old. It was 278 bucks. I was very excited lol. Couldn’t need it more at this time.

I finished cleaning the kitchen and did the dishes (which took me about a half hour). Went to the gym. Worked out fairly hard. Came home and noticed that my raspberry bush and strawberries have started to grow. Yeah we’ve had some warm weather for like the last two months. In the fall, I had ground up the leaves in my yard and used them as mulch for my garden. I needed to rake most of them off so my plants could start growing. So I did that and bought soil and stuff. So that’s what I did until about 3pm. I decided to do that instead of poker because today the weather was pretty decent and I didn’t want to put it off and it be crappy outside for the next month. Plus it made me happy.

Then I took Courtney to work and came home and started playing poker. Here’s how it went…

Another awful night at the tables has convinced me that I need to do some serious work on my game. Again. It happens like this continuously. It’s a circle that I have been on ever since I started playing poker. Horrible downswing, study, grind a small profit for a while, then another horrible downswing. Rinse and repeat for the rest of my life…

Today was a probably 25% bad play and 75% horrible luck. Of course when I loaded up my tables, 3 other regs decided to load right on top of me. What a freakin joke. I run so well against them too. Here are some examples.

Hand 1: This happens probably 90% of the pots I am in with him. This is just one example. This guy has an ungodly win rate against me. It has become the norm, so nothing surprises me any more. I knew exactly how this was going to end.

The night was going shitty and I was so sick of losing. Not confident in my play AT ALL. It was going to be a disaster if I didn’t stop for the night. I decided that it was the end when I made the worst call I’ve made in probably two months.

Nevermind the outcome, this hand made me sick to my stomach. I actually forgot that I even won thsi hand. I knew it was a terrible call and confirmed it with Wiz later. This is not like me. Someone else made this call. Someone that I haven’t seen for awhile. This can’t happen again so I’m going to study study study. Maybe play less tables. Might make a video. We’ll see.
